Please be advised the regularly scheduled September, I.A.T.S.E. Local No.3 union meeting has been changed by majority vote of the members present and voting at the June business meeting. The meeting date has been changed from September 20th to Sunday, September 27, 2009. The meeting will convene at 11:00AM in the 4th floor meeting room.
Further be advised of upcoming important matters in the remaining months of this year. The September union meeting will address and set Officer salaries for the next term of office 2010- 2012. Nominations for the next term of Officers will take place at the October union meeting. Lastly, an election for all Local 3 Officers will take place in November.
An additional notice for both nominations and the election will be sent to all members. As a reminder, please check the Local 3 Constitution for rules pertaining to nominations and the election. Also, all members should have paid up dues with quarterly stamps at this time.
