Yearly dues for 2010 have been set in the amount $202.00 or $50.50 per quarter.
Notice
The next scheduled Local 3 Union meeting is Sunday, Nov.15, 2009. The meeting will convene at 11:00 AM.
A reminder all members are required to have 4th quarter 2009 stamps at this time.
Also, Apprentices are to maintain monthly initiation fee installments.
Convention Notice
District 4 Convention will be held July 26th and the International Convention wll convene July 27-31, 2009. The Convention will be in Orlando, Fla.

HIRING HALL PROGRAM AMENDMENTS Adopted January & February 2009
LIST AND QUALIFICATIONS Added 5) Any Employee who fails any list movement test or fails to show up to take the test one year and the following year does either one again, will be automatically terminated from the Program.
C AND D LISTS - Movement b. Change - Employees on C LIST and D LIST who perform less than 50 hours work yearly will be dropped from the Hiring Hall Lists and will lose their seniority date, regardless of their years experience. Exception to this being a referral who is working within the industry on tour under "pink contract"of the International.
